A very precise wine which is fantastically crisp, fresh and full bodied. 80% Godello, 12% Doa Blanca, 8% Albario. The canes stand at an altitude of 400 750 metres. The soil is distinctly shale. Fermentation and aging on lees in used wooden casks and cement. No malolactic fermentation.
