2011 Neo, Ribera del Duero Bodegas Neo hardhitter licorice and smokeNeo Ribera del Duero Vintage 2011 made from 100% Tempranillo. The grapes are harvested by hand in the second week of October, after which they are transported to the wine cellar in 3000 kg tanks. Here the wine is stored for 22 days at a carefully controlled temperature. The wine is then aged for 20 months. 80% in French casks and 20% in American casks. There are 22,000 standardized bottles.
