Later it gains strength, with spicy notes and fruity aromas, of dried herbs, straws, cereals and wild flowers. Mouth: At first it can be somewhat strong, although later it softens giving way to notes of plum and the sweetness of corn. It has notes of vanilla, honey, rye and oak. It is very spicy and somewhat sweet, although without reaching the level of other Bourbons.
