The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, followed by a long maceration at a controlled temperature using a unique pump over system. Malolactic fermentation then takes place. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of eight months. Grape Variety: 100% Bobal Alcohol Content: 13% vol.
